Since 1996, Mad Science of Southern Alberta has been on a mission to spark the imagination & curiosity of children from preschool - grade 6.  From entertaining educational programs to educational entertainment, Mad Science sparks imaginative learning.

We deliver unique, hands-on science experiences to children in the following areas: 

In School Programs: We come to you! No busses required!!!!	Curriculum Linked Workshops for Grades 1 - 6 The Forensic Lab Science Clubs 4 Schools - can run during the lunch break or after school.
	We are super excited to introduce our new Brixology Program made up of 8 classes that explore different engineering fields including mechanical, structural, aerospace, nautical and bio-engineering using Lego® bricks. Award Winning Birthday Parties: 1st Place Parents' Choice Award Winner 2016	We come to you and make your child feel special on their big day!
Award Winning Summer Camps:	We create new camps each and every year and run them at various locations throughout the City.  Don't delay...Register today!
Out of School Enrichment Programs:	Check our website regularly for newly added programs. If you are looking to run a program at your facility please call us.  We would love to speak with you!
Special Event Entertainment:	Several shows to choose from great for larger audiences of ALL ages.
Preschool & Kindergarten Workshops:	Have us in your classroom for some hands-on science fun!
Other:	For Beavers, Scouts, Cubs, Brownies, Sparks, Guides, Sport Teams, Day Cares, After School Care, Recreational Facilities and anywhere else with children looking for science fun check out our Workshops or Preschool/Kindergarten Programs.  These will also work great for you!

Mad Science of Southern Alberta is owned and operated by Steve Strachan and Shannon Lirenman, two proud Calgarians who embrace the idea of providing quality science programs for children.  Our programs are all researched, developed and tested through our Head Office in Montreal. The result is an awesome experience that gets children excited about science by instilling a clear understanding of what science is really about and how it affects the world around us.

Our office is located in Calgary but we make science fun all over Southern Alberta!!
