Mad Science of Southern Alberta will provide you with an event to remember!

No one does special events like Mad Science!  Watch entertaining Mad Scientists conjure dry ice storms, run foam factories and send volunteers on thrilling Newton Rocket Car rides before delighted audiences!  At Mad Science "fun stations" children can participate in exciting, interactive science activities like making slime, optical illusions, delta darts and so much more!

Mad Science Special Events are:

FOR SCHOOLS, PRESCHOOLS, RECREATION CENTRES, DAYCARES, AND DAY CAMP PROVIDERS! We come to you, so there is no need to rent buses, get waivers signed, or recruit parent volunteers.

Mad Science Special Events are suitable for:

Schools:

• Educational and Entertaining School Assemblies - use our Special Events to kick off a Science Week or Science Fair at your school!
• Fundraising Events - have Mad Science provide the entertainment at your function!
• Holiday Celebrations - Halloween Dances, Winter Festivals, Graduations ...
• BBQ's and School Picnics - have Mad Science participate in your activities, maybe even have a fun station!
• Science Fairs - Mad Science can rove around your fair, conducting smaller experiments and demonstrations!
• Year End Celebrations - let us help you make your end of year event memorable!

Corporate Events:

• Company picnics - We have done events for Cenovus, Shell, Canada Safeway, Chevron, Calgary Firefighters, Kids Cancer Care Foundation, Alberta Childrens Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, Kids Up Front Calgary, The Calgary Zoo and many others.
• Holiday parties - Mad Science provides entertainment perfect for your partners, staff members and their families.
• Take-your-child-to-work day - Wouldn't that be fun to have Mad Science at your place of work?!

Community Events:

• Library programs - we have proudly been providing services to The Calgary Public Library as part of their yearly programming.
• Guest Entertainers at Summer Camps or for Day Care providers.
• Community festivals - Mad Science has entertained at many hockey parties, soccer parties, & block parties.
• Shopping malls - We have done shows at Sundridge Mall, Westbrook Mall, Marlborough Mall, at Toys R Us, Market Mall and others as part of a Grand Opening Celebration.
• Theatres - Mad Science of Southern Alberta has been part of two regular seasons at Storybook Theatre and has performed for Lawn Chair Theatre in the summer months.
